What is the search mandate?

Marel immobilier accompanies you in your search for a property (main residence or rental investment) in Paris or the Hauts-de-Seine.

We select and visit these properties beforehand in order to present you with a detailed report, illustrated with photos.

We will visit the properties you have selected together.

We will be with you, step-by-step, from the offer with analysis of the technical diagnoses and the co-ownership documents, until the final signature is signed on the deed.

And after the purchase?

We can introduce you to qualified companies to conduct a credit search and execute the work.

What if it's a rental investment?

Through Marel Gestion, we can assist you in equipping and decorating your flat (for a furnished rental), provide site supervision, study estimates, and introduce you to qualified companies.

Our rates ?

Our search fees are 2% of the purchase price of the flat. The search fees will be payable on the day the transaction is effectively concluded and recorded in a written deed signed by the seller and the buyer, in accordance with article 74 of the decree n°72-678 of 20 July 1972 after all suspensive conditions have been fulfilled.
